The Microstar® Flex Rings
The Microstar® Flex Rings from Jensen increase the reliability and efficiency of all pressable ceramic systems through a variety of innovative features.
The rings contain interior guidelines, which are reproduced on the invested ring thereby identifying the exact location of patterns for easy divesting. The vertically-ribbed interior increases the surface area of the invested ring for faster heating and cooling.
Available in 100g, 200g, and 300g sizes with bases for three types of pressable ingots.
When minimal expansion is required, use the Microstar Inlay Maker™ which was designed specifically for low expansion applications such as pressing inlays.
