Overpressing zirconium oxide - aesthetically and efficiently

Creation CP ZI can be used to overpress all kinds of zirconium oxide frameworks - both in the staining and the build-up technique with Creation ZI or ZI-F.

Versatile and efficient: Not only single crowns and bridges, but also implant abutments and reduced inlay bridges made of zirconium oxide can be overpressed with Creation CP ZI.

Accurately fitting porcelain shoulders and precise occlusions can be fabricated in just one pressing process. The shape of the pressing remains stable, even with additional build-up firings.

As well as the high dimensional stability, the brilliant colour effect in the dentine area is also impressive. An extensive range of fluorescent porcelain pellets in all the popular shades and with differing transparency allow for outstanding aesthetics which even multiple firings do not alter.

Staining or build-up technique? The indication is decisive. In the staining technique, the ready-finished pressed parts are coloured with the fine-grain Creation AV.ZI.TI. Make Up Instantstains. By contrast, the build-up technique is used for aesthetically demanding restorations. The tried and tested Creation ZI or the new Creation ZI-F is then used for veneering.
